What is management?

Management is for Landlords who wish not to deal with their tenants on a daily basis. PRS offer the following management service to Landlords which include finding of a suitable tenant, reference checks, including credit checking on UK born tenants, Inventory set up, issue of assured shorthold contract and signing of tenant to contract. Inspection checks of property during tenancy as per your fee agreement, and a final inspection after a tenant vacates. Liaison between tenant and Landlord during tenancy term, collection of rent during the tenancy and monthly statement to Landlords .
