What is find only?

This is a service for Landlords who wish to manage their own properties but do not wish to actively look for that 'right' tenant. PRS's 'find only service' includes viewing the property with prospective tenants, referencing checks (credit check & employers) of a suitable tenant , inventory preparation along with house folder giving relevant details about the property, preparation and issue of assured shorthold contract, including signing of tenant to contract, collection of first month's rent and deposit plus notification of occupation of tenant to all service utilities (except phone).
